Level-1 and Level-2 Support Specialists
These are entry level positions for recent college grads with aspirations of joining the HPC community and growing into a full engineering role with Clustercorp. Expertise in Linux system administration is a must -- experience with scientific computing and/or HPC is a big plus.
Sales Engineer
A "people" oriented engineer -- rock solid kernel level Linux experience and a background in HPC (preferably with Rocks) are important pieces to filling this role. Applicants should expect up to 50% travel and will enjoy a wide variety of interesting, cutting-edge projects. This role will also entail some "soft" programming (i.e. Perl, XML, etc). B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering required.
PhD Consultants
Clustercorp recently launched its PhD Consulting Program (Academia-on-Demand) and is interested in speaking with PhDs and PhD candidates about working with Clustercorp as part-time consultants. Clustercorp offers a compelling, flexible program framework, which allows its consultants to spend the majority of their time on research, teaching (or other full-time positions), while offering their services to Clustercorp's partners and end-users -- solving the most difficult applications-level problems in HPC.
